This is in reference to your initial Trip Report 2.0 video which I viewed on YouTube (prior to the Cannes screening).
Your initial report makes the viewer ponder the purpose of the trip report -- although it is a mainstay of the business travel routine, it is interesting that the entire time one is at one's home office is not reported out in the same detail -- also, how much work needs to be accomplished before it is recapped in such detail? Trips are not necessarily times at which meaningful milestones within projects are reached, yet they are assumed to count more given the locales and costs of travel, perhaps. The video format makes this all the more obvious to question and consider. [Not that there aren't achievements valid to be reported in your video trip reports, of course]
